I’m Kevin Maistros — a writer, director, and systems architect from Cleveland, now based between Dallas and wherever the wind feels honest.

Through Colorgrade Pictures, LLC, I create films, frameworks, and reflections that explore how technology and story shape what it means to stay human.
My work lives where design meets emotion — the quiet space between code and conversation, art and awareness.

The name Maistros comes from the Greek word for the northwest wind — a current sailors once followed for direction.
It reminds me to move with intention, to let motion come from stillness.

I wouldn’t be here without my people — the friends who’ve shown up, stayed honest, and walked beside me through every rebuild and reinvention.
They’re my true family.
Some create with me, some keep me grounded, some simply remind me that love doesn’t always need to be loud to be real.
Their presence is part of every sentence I write, even the quiet ones.

I build slowly. I write often.
I believe love and integrity are the only true forms of continuity.
